How accurate are the calorie estimates? Calomind estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat from your photo or description. Packaged convenience-store foods are matched to official nutrition labels when possible; home-cooked or restaurant dishes are estimates. You can tap any number to correct it. Calomind is not a medical device.
How do I restore my records on a new phone? Sign in with the same account. Your meal log, settings and body data are restored from the cloud backup automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription? iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Calomind. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Why can't I see my weight or sleep? Calomind reads them from Apple Health / Health Connect. Make sure your scale or sleep app writes data there, and allow Calomind to read it.
